How much conversion efficiency can 3KW inverter achieve at present

Release Time: 2022-06-06
At present, the high-end inverter in Japan can reach 98%, and the efficiency in the laboratory can reach 99%. Generally, the input voltage of the inverter is 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and there are other models of input voltage, while the output voltage is generally 220V. Of course, there are other models that can output different voltages. The key parameters of inverter are output power, conversion efficiency and output waveform quality. Just compare these parameters to see how good the inverter is. Inverter is a kind of common equipment. As long as it is a common model, it is generally sold in electrical maintenance points and almost all electronic markets. Moreover, as long as the electrical maintenance shops with good technology can be repaired, the electronic market can be repaired. If the model is very used or the power is very large, you can only go to the electronic market or online customization. Inverter is a device that converts DC electric energy into AC energy (generally 220V, 50Hz sine wave). It is opposite to the rectifier, which converts AC energy into DC energy. The inverter is composed of inverter bridge, control unit and filter circuit. It is widely used in air conditioners, electric tools, computers, televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, massagers and other electrical appliances.
The following points must be paid attention to when selecting and using inverter:
1) DC voltage must match;
Each inverter has a nominal voltage, such as 12V, 24V, etc,
It is required that the selected battery voltage must be consistent with the nominal DC input voltage of the inverter. For example, 12V battery must be selected for 12V inverter.
2) The output power of the inverter must be greater than the maximum power of the consumer;
In particular, some equipment requiring large starting energy, such as motors, air conditioners, etc., need additional power margin.
3) The positive and negative electrodes must be correctly wired
The DC voltage connected to the inverter is marked with positive and negative poles. Generally, red is the positive (+) and black is the negative (-). The battery is also marked with positive and negative electrodes. Red is the positive (+) and black is the negative (-). When connecting, it must be positive (red connected to red) and negative (black connected to black). The diameter of the connecting wire must be large enough, and the length of the connecting wire should be reduced as much as possible.
4) The charging process and inverter process cannot be carried out at the same time to avoid damaging the equipment and causing faults.
5) The inverter shell shall be properly grounded to avoid personal injury caused by electric leakage.

6) In order to avoid electric shock injury, it is strictly prohibited for non professionals to disassemble, repair and refit the inverter.
